We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, there is #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. Today, December 2, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to GIVE.
Let's give back to the school that gives our children so much. We are fortunate to be part of the SLA community, which was just profiled by PBS as an example of the Philadelphia School District innovating in spite of dramatic funding cuts.
